The GR H2 racing concept aims to create a more environmentally friendly racing car in the future. A hydrogen-powered engine and a powerful hybrid system are a combination of two technologies in which Toyota is at the forefront of production. The goal is to achieve zero emissions without compromising speed and efficiency in motorsport.
Using the power of hydrogen
Presented at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, the GR H2 racing concept was created in response to the ACO's decision to allow hydrogen-powered cars to compete in the hydrogen category alongside fuel cell electric cars. The pursuit of these environmentally friendly technologies formed the basis of the GR H2 race concept - the desire to realize the potential of clean hydrogen energy.
