• How will my car be transported to the “Toyota Center Tegeta”? 

Our service advisor will come to the address of your choice, pick up the car and ensure its transportation to the “Toyota Center Tegeta”.

* The car is insured during the transportation process.

• Will I be informed about what services will be performed on my car? 

After bringing your vehicle to the center, it will first be diagnosed. The service advisor will inform you of the faults identified as a result of the diagnosis, the list of necessary work, and the cost of the service via telephone communication. Only those works that you agree to during the telephone conversation will be performed on the vehicle.

• How do I pick up my vehicle? 

After the vehicle repair is completed, you can pick up the vehicle yourself or request the service advisor to bring the vehicle to your desired address. Please note that you can pick up the vehicle only after paying for the work performed. 

• Where can I use TOYOTA Comfort services? 

You can use the "Toyota Comfort" service only within Tbilisi. 

• How much does TOYOTA Comfort service cost? 

The cost of transporting a vehicle by a service advisor throughout Tbilisi is 80 GEL, which includes transportation of the vehicle to and from the center to the customer's desired address. The cost of the service can be paid only by non-cash payment.
