Imagination has no limits, nor dreams - especially when dreams may become reality and one day the world will become as colorful, cheerful and carefree as children imagine…
The cars of the future created by children were the main theme of the Toyota Center Tegeta drawing competition. Now, in 3 age categories, the works of 9 winning contestants will be judged in Japan.
7-year-old Anano Maisuradze is the winner of the first age category. She heard from the parents that it turns out that "Toyota Center Tegeta" is announcing a drawing contest and allows all children to travel through time, imagination and dreams. Cheerful, teasing, and infinitely energetic, Anano won colored pencils, put people all over the world in a dream car, and freed her from the Corona virus forever. She painted the car of the future in four days and was able to win first place in the age category.
"My 'car of the future' is destroying the corona, viruses are fleeing at the sight of it, and there is no need to use pirades anymore. Through this car, joy and hope emerge in children. I was looking forward to the results of the competition, I was a little nervous, but I was very happy to hear about my victory. The award ceremony brought even more joy. I know that my painting was sent to Japan, to the main competition, which gave me hope for another victory "- Anano Maisuradze.
11-year-old Liza Narsia loves Georgian dancing, singing and drawing. Writes poems and stories. She dreams of many and his world is full of magic machines. As a result of great thought and hard work, in just a few days, the dream was put on a piece of paper and painted in colors. She placed socially vulnerable people in the car and entrusted the car of the future to solve their problems.
"Poor people live in Georgia and not only in Georgia, my car is for them. They will travel around the world and take refuge in their homes. I really want this dream to come true and I put my whole heart into this picture. I well remember the day when I was contacted and informed about the victory, I was very happy and I was in great emotions. I could not imagine winning first place. This competition has convinced me that the main thing is diligence and you will definitely succeed. Now I am worried about the main competition, if I become the owner of any place, I know that it will change many things in my life "- Liza Narsia.
15-year-old Natia Duchidze is interested in psychology. She is characterized by hiding his emotions, communicating with strangers and always trying to express his feelings, thoughts or words with a pencil on a piece of paper. She paints for a long time and it gives him special pleasure, forgets stress and considers it the best way to unwind. She was interested in the opinion or evaluation of the foreign community, decided to take part in the competition and started thinking about the dream car - in a month, he created a car of the future with gouache, which makes people forget all the pain and bad memories.
"I like to draw in pencil, in black and white, but because this car was associated with a dream, I divided it into two parts, drawing dark colors on one side - where bad memories and stress, on the other - colorful flowers, beautiful birds, funny colors. In today's life there is often bullying, conflict in the family, the psyche of children is often not sustainable. When a person sits in the car of my dreams, he is freed from all kinds of pain, all negative thoughts or memories are forgotten. It would be nice if such a car really existed. I also want to forget about some pain but with my idea if I make other people happy with this I will be happier. It was my first victory, very nervous but I will never forget those moments, this competition played a very big role in my life. It gave me the greatest stimulus, I became self-confident. I am very nervous about the international competition, but even if I succeed in something there, I can become bad from emotions "- Natia Duchidze.
For the fifteenth year in a row, Georgia has traditionally joined the global Toyota drawing competition, in which up to 100 countries of the world participate every year. The dream car was imagined by about 400 children under the age of 15 living in Georgia and revived their imagination on a piece of paper.
"To create a car of the future, we gave children complete freedom to create works with their imagination. We saw very interesting and varied pictures. We gave more importance to the idea than to the technical performance, however, I am glad that in the final works this was a coincidence. It is important for us that we send the works of Georgian contestants to an international competition in Japan and they will be given the opportunity to win even more "- Tea Manjavidze, Marketing Manager of" Toyota Center Tegeta ".
